Meet Patricia Bush
Patricia R. Bush, Managing Partner, has done consulting work for numerous government agencies, non-profit and commercial entities, implementing the Balanced Scorecard to execute a sustainable strategy for improved performance management. She trained with and worked for Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton, founders of the Balanced Scorecard.
As vice president at Palladium Group, an international strategy management firm, Ms. Bush developed and led projects for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Strategic Management System, the U.S. Army, Vista Technologies and U.S. Facilities. Her client work is featured in “Strategy Maps” and “The Execution Premium,” published by Harvard Business School Publishing Corporation and authored by Drs. Kaplan and Norton.
Ms. Bush has overseen strategic management engagements for Balanced Scorecard Collaborative and Renaissance Worldwide, from development to implementation for many organizations, including Saatchi & Saatchi. She has trained hundreds of Balanced Scorecard practitioners and spoken at numerous conferences on strategy and performance management. She spent 16 years at Polaroid Corporation in a variety of marketing and manufacturing roles.

Meet William McAfee
Mr. William McAfee, Chief Operating Officer, has extensive knowledge and understanding of project strategic planning, management and operational execution. As a LEED GA, he is vested in and a supporter of the Green Building methodology.
He has worked at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Company, where he studied under Dr. Deming’s quality programs and served as Director of Facilities Management for two major school systems (Boston/Washington, D.C.). He has consulted on numerous facilities management projects and for the past 14 years held positions as Senior Vice President/Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President/General Manager for the Washington, D.C. region with a large minority multimillion dollar Facilities Management company, where he lead their Balanced Scorecard effort. He has a BS/BA degree and MBA in finance. |
Meet Marjorie McCann
Ms. Marjorie McCann, Director of Human Resources and Administration, has more than 25 years of experience in contracts and administration.
She has provided consulting services to a number of small businesses and non-profit organizations. Most recently, she was the Vice President, Contracts and Administration for U.S. Facilities. She has extensive human resource skills and brings a wealth of knowledge on ABRA HRIS systems and numerous pricing and forecasting applications. Ms. McCann, a graduate of Temple University, has an M.A. political science. |
